In 2015, FL purchased a scale portfolio of assets from Cerberus in partnership with the McGinnis Group. The portfolio included eight significant property assets / land banks across Ireland and the UK. These have subsequently been sold generating a strong multiple on investment.
In 2017, Eglinton purchased Dingles Builders a company that has been building quality homes in Northern Ireland for 50 years and continues to do so.
Eglinton via Dingles is actively developing three sites (over 500 units) for both the private market and approved housing bodies in South Belfast.
