Founded by Peter Crowley and Neill Hughes in 2006, FL Partners is a Dublin-based investment boutique, established to acquire scale businesses across Ireland, the UK, Europe and the US.

FL has been an active corporate investor in recent years, in which its highly personal approach, operational involvement, flexibility and time horizon has unlocked a range of opportunities.

FL approaches each investment individually, putting the appropriate management and capital structure in place to suit the specific circumstances. Our non-institutional approach unlocks complex corporate situations other alternative investors are unable to solve. Equally, we have the flexibility to take a long-term view of each asset – without a fund life cycle, we are not constrained by artificially imposed external time horizons and seek to maximise shareholder value on an investment by investment basis.
