Festina purchased five prime development sites (c.700 units) in urban locations, all with “core” zoning.
Festina has established strong strategic relationships with several of the key builder/developers, Planning Authorities and Approved Housing Bodies.
Festina has successfully exited two of the sites, has commenced construction on one for an AHB and is progressing the final two sites through planning.
